Where We Ship
The Budget Spot ships within the United States and internationally.

Processing Time
All kits are handmade, printed, and hand-cut to order. Please allow 5–8 business days for processing before your order ships. Processing time does not include transit time.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)
All U.S. orders ship via USPS Priority Mail, which typically takes 1–3 business days in transit once shipped.

International Shipping
International orders ship via USPS international service. Delivery time varies significantly by destination country and that country's local postal service — please allow 1 to 4 weeks for delivery after processing.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total or shipping cost. We are not able to predict these fees, as they vary by country. Please check with your local customs office if you have questions before ordering.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and destination.

Order Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. International tracking may show limited updates once the package leaves the U.S., depending on the destination country's postal system.

Shipping Damage
The Budget Spot is not responsible for damage that occurs during transit. All items are carefully inspected before they leave our hands.

We do not issue refunds for shipping damage. If your package arrives damaged, options depend on where your order was shipped:

Domestic (U.S.) Orders
Every order shipped via USPS Priority Mail includes $100 of insurance coverage automatically. Take photos of the damaged item and packaging immediately, then file a claim at usps.com/help/claims.htm or at your local Post Office. Claims must be filed within 60 days of the mailing date.

International Orders
Insurance coverage for international shipments varies by service used and is not automatically included on all options. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at thebudgetspotshop@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damage.

Replacements
We're happy to send a free replacement kit for damaged orders, domestic or international. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at thebudgetspotshop@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damage. Domestic replacements ship via USPS First-Class Mail or Ground Advantage. International replacement shipping will be arranged using the most cost-effective method available at the time.

Lost or Delayed Packages
The Budget Spot is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or delayed by the carrier once shipped, including delays caused by customs processing in the destination country.

Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout, including any customs-required formatting for your country. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you catch an error, contact us within 12 hours of purchase to update it before production begins.
