Ordering & Products
Are your kits handmade?
Yes! Every kit and sticker is designed, printed, and hand-cut by us — nothing is mass-produced or sold as a digital download.
Can I customize my order?
Currently, our kits are made-to-order but not personalized. Custom items (like personalized cash envelopes) will be available soon and will be clearly marked as personalized products.
I made a mistake on my order — can I fix it?
Contact us within 12 hours of purchase at thebudgetspotshop@gmail.com and we'll do our best to update it before it goes into production. Once production has started, we're unable to make changes or cancel.
Shipping
How long does it take to receive my order?
Please allow 5–8 business days for processing, plus shipping time. Domestic (U.S.) orders ship via USPS Priority Mail and typically arrive within 1–3 business days after shipping. International orders can take 1 to 4 weeks, depending on your country's postal service.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide.
Will I have to pay customs or import fees?
International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes charged by your country. These fees are the customer's responsibility and are separate from your order total.
How will I know when my order ships?
You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
Returns & Damages
Can I return or exchange my order?
Because every item is handmade and cut to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges — no exceptions.
What if my order arrives damaged?
We're so sorry! Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at thebudgetspotshop@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We'll send a free replacement kit. Domestic (U.S.) customers can also file a claim directly with USPS, since Priority Mail includes $100 of insurance automatically.
I'm in the EU — what are my rights?
EU customers have a legal right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of delivery. You can exercise this right using the withdrawal form linked on our site. Note that personalized items (such as custom cash envelopes) are exempt from this right, since they're made specifically for you.
Products & Pricing
What's the difference between your bundles and à la carte items?
Bundles (like the Budget Kit Bundle) combine multiple sheets at a discount compared to buying them separately. À la carte items (like individual trackers, labels, or expense stickers) are sold on their own so you can build your own custom set.
Do your kits work with any planner?
Our kits are designed to fit Erin Condren 7x9 planners, and they'll also work with any planner that follows those same dimensions. We can't guarantee fit with planners of a different size. Please check each product description for specific sticker and sheet measurements before ordering.
