Refund policy
Every sticker is handmade and cut to order. Please read this before you purchase.
Because our products are handmade and custom-cut, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason related to the product itself — no exceptions. This includes wrong item selected, change of mind, or dissatisfaction with the design.
Shipping damage is handled separately — see our Shipping Damage policy below.
Shipping Damage
The Budget Spot is not responsible for damage that occurs during transit. All items are carefully inspected before they leave our hands.
We do not issue refunds for shipping damage. If your package arrives damaged, you have two options:
- File a claim directly with USPS for reimbursement. Every order shipped via Priority Mail includes $100 of insurance coverage automatically, which covers damage during transit. Take photos of the damaged item and packaging immediately, then file at usps.com/help/claims.htm or at your local Post Office. Claims must be filed within 60 days of the mailing date.
- Request a free replacement from us. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at thebudgetspotshop@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damage. Replacements are shipped via USPS First-Class Mail or Ground Advantage.
Order Issues
Placed the wrong order or need to make a change? Contact us within 12 hours of purchase and we'll do our best to update it before it goes into production. Once a kit has started production, we cannot make changes or cancel.
EU Customers — Right of Withdrawal
If you are purchasing from within the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery, without giving a reason, under EU consumer protection law.
To exercise this right, use the withdrawal button/form available on our site. Once we receive your request, your refund will be processed within 14 days, in accordance with EU law.
However, this right does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized. Because every Budget Spot kit is custom-cut and produced specifically for your order after purchase, our products fall under this exemption and are not eligible for withdrawal under EU law.
